Move Freely. Feel Deeply. Love Yourself Loudly.
Intuitive Movement
Intuitive movement is a practice of returning to your body’s innate intelligence—moving in ways that feel freeing, not confining. It’s a radical act of reclaiming your rhythms from systems that taught you to shrink, hustle, or conform. No choreography. No performance. No pressure to “get it right.” Just you, your body, and the wisdom it holds. By releasing expectations and honoring what feels good, you reconnect with joy, creativity, and presence—on your terms.
Ever feel like your body knows exactly what it needs? That’s not just a feeling it’s ancestral knowing. Your body is brilliant. Intuitive movement gives it the space to be free, express, release, and re-member. It’s not about how it looks it’s about how it liberates.
Join a Monthly Event
You’re invited into a liberatory space of movement, presence, and reconnection. With two distinct sessions, you can either slow it down with sensuality or turn it all the way up with vibrant, ancestral energy. They’re both designed to help you return to your body, awaken your spirit, and embody your freedom unapologetically.
Option 1: The Sacred Sacude (sah-koo-deh)
Shake it off—literally! Rooted in the Afro-diasporic wisdom of shaking as release, The Sacred Sacude is a joyful, soulful liberation ritual. This is your space to get playful, wild, and unapologetically embodied. We move to the pulsing rhythms of Afro-Latin house, inviting you to let the music speak through your bones when words fall short.
There’s no right way to move—only your way. We’ll shed colonial conditioning that polices bodies, represses expression, and demands perfection. In this space, silliness, awkwardness, and deep freedom are sacred. Together, we’ll shake off intergenerational stress and reclaim movement as resistance, celebration, and ancestral memory.
Option 2: The Sacred Sensual
The Sacred Sensual is a moving meditation that honors slowness as power and pleasure as resistance. It invites you to soften, tune in, and move with reverence for your body’s innate sensuality—on your terms. We don’t perform here. We feel.
This is about unlearning shame, de-centering the gaze, and reconnecting with your sacred sensual self beyond patriarchy, beyond perfectionism. Through sultry, intuitive motion, you’ll cultivate care, presence, and deep self-devotion. You’ll leave grounded, glowing, and reconnected to the radical intelligence of your body.
Why Move with Me?
With nearly two decades as a Latin dance performer and teacher, I’ve helped hundreds of people around the world reconnect with their bodies through rhythm. But this isn’t just dance—it’s decolonial embodiment.
Now, I weave my love of movement with mindfulness and ancestral wisdom, creating spaces where you can remember your body is not a machine, project, or object—it’s a sacred archive. These sessions help you trust your intuition, honor your story, and reclaim movement as medicine.

Commonly Asked Questions
Do I need dance experience?
Not at all! Intuitive movement is about feeling, not performing. Whether you're a dancer or have two left feet, this space welcomes you.
What should I wear?
Anything you can move in with comfort and ease. Yoga clothes, sweats, flowy dresses, or pajamas—whatever makes you feel good in your skin.
Do I have to keep my camera on?
No. After a short welcome and community moment, you're free to turn off your camera and make this experience your own. Some days you’ll want to be witnessed, other days you’ll want to be inward. Either way, you’re honored.
Do I need any special equipment?
Nope! Just your beautiful self, a little space to move, and maybe a cozy corner or yoga mat if you want to ground down.
Is this a workout?
Not in the traditional sense. This isn’t about calories or control. It’s about pleasure, presence, and moving in ways that nourish your nervous system.
Can I join if I’m feeling self-conscious?
Yes. Especially then! This is a brave space for practicing self-love and unlearning perfection. Come as you are, and move in a way that honors where you are.
What if I’m disabled?
You are welcome. Intuitive movement honors all bodies and is adaptable to your unique capacity. You can sit, lie down, use assistive devices, or modify however you need. This space is about access, not expectation.
