Mindful Connection Circle

This is a space for people to practice slowing down and deeply listening to each other with an open heart. We’ll have an opportunity to answer questions varying from fun icebreakers to deep and thought provoking.

We’ll also practice different mindfulness exercises to keep us grounded in the present moment with all that arises. We’ll practice with different anchors, postures, and even add some mindful movement on occasion.
