Meditate + Move: A Return to Ourselves
A 4-Week Embodied Mindfulness Experience for Women and Femmes
Begin Where You Are. Come Home to Who You’ve Always Been.
In a world built to distract, deplete, and disconnect us, the most radical act is to return to ourselves.
We live in a post-colonial, hyper-capitalist culture that thrives on urgency, productivity, and perpetual noise. From our earliest moments, we are conditioned to measure our worth through output, sacrifice our rest, and silence our inner voice. We move through our days pulled by competing demands: jobs, caregiving, activism, survival. In the rush to keep up, it becomes easy to lose touch with the one place we can never truly escape: our own being.
And that disconnection? It isn't your fault.
It's systemic. It's generational. It's by design.
But there is another way.
Meditate + Move: A Return to Ourselves is not a course. It's a ceremony of remembering. A decolonial, trauma-aware, spiritually-rooted invitation to pause, soften, and reclaim the sacred relationship with your breath, body, and inner knowing.
Why This Work Matters Now
We are not meant to power through life on empty. We are not machines. We are breathing, cyclical, feeling beings whose ancestors survived through embodiment, not burnout.
In a culture that says "keep going," this space says:
"Come back. Come home to who you’ve always been. Breathe. Be."
For too long, systems of white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism have taught us to ignore our intuition, suppress our emotions, and mistrust our bodies. This experience reclaims mindfulness and movement as acts of resistance and remembrance. It's about rooting in your body as a source of power, not punishment. It is about deep presence, not performance.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or returning after a long pause, this journey is for you.
What to Expect: The Flow of the Journey
Four Weeks. Four Foundations. Countless Ripples.
This journey is based on the ancient Satipatthāna Sutta, a 2,500-year-old Buddhist teaching on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. We adapt these teachings with cultural humility and care to support your modern, intersectional, lived reality.
Week 1: Coming Home to the Mind — Mindfulness of Thoughts
Sitting with thoughts and stories without clinging or identifying.
Your thoughts are not your truth. They're weather patterns in the sky of your awareness. This week, we gently explore the mental chatter that fuels stress and self-criticism. You’ll learn to observe rather than identify. Movement becomes meditation. Journaling becomes witness. We begin to rewire.
Week 2: Coming Home to the Heart — Mindfulness of Emotions
Listening to emotions and feelings without judgment.
You are allowed to feel everything. Anger. Joy. Grief. Wonder. Together, we practice holding our emotional landscape with care instead of shame. Movement and metta (loving-kindness) meditations allow us to feel fully and compassionately. We unlearn the myth that certain emotions make us “too much.”
Week 3: Coming Home to the Breath & Body — Mindfulness of the Body
Your body as home, your breath as the doorway.
Your body is not a project. It is a home. Through breathwork, gentle movement, and deep listening, you’ll reconnect with your physical form as sacred, wise, and worthy. We slow down to hear what the body has been trying to say. We honor our fatigue. We welcome joy back in.
Week 4: Coming Home to Wholeness — Mindfulness of Phenomena
Coming Home to Who You’ve Always Been in Wholeness
Here we integrate. We notice how everything is connected — heart, mind, body, environment, ancestors. We practice interbeing. You’ll design your own personal Homecoming Ritual rooted in your cultural lineage, values, and visions for liberation. You leave with tools to return again and again.
This Is Not Another Mindfulness Program
This is not about enlightenment through escape. This is about embodiment through truth.
Most wellness spaces center white, able-bodied, affluent, thin ideals. Many mindfulness programs erase cultural origins and bypass trauma. That ends here.
This space is intentionally crafted to:
Be decolonial and trauma-informed
Center the lived experiences of women and femmes of the global majority
Honor disability, neurodivergence, and emotional diversity
Create psychological and energetic safety through small group intimacy
This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about finding yourself beneath the noise.
What's Included
Four 75-minute live Zoom sessions (Wednesdays @ 7:00 PM ET)

You don’t need fancy yoga pants, a meditation cushion, or previous experience. You just need curiosity, courage, and the willingness to pause.
Why It’s Kept Intimate: Only 10 Spots
This circle is intentionally capped at 10 participants. Why?
Because you deserve to be seen. Because healing isn’t transactional. Because our liberation is relational.
Small group settings offer the depth, safety, and care that large, anonymous programs can’t. This is where friendships form. Where truths are spoken. Where silence is honored and stories are held.
This is community care in action.

Pricing with Purpose: A Tiered Investment Model
My services are offered through a tiered pricing model, rooted in equity, care, and collective responsibility.
This model recognizes that we don’t all have access to the same financial resources — because of systemic oppression, generational harm, and ongoing economic injustice. Those with greater financial privilege are invited to intentionally redistribute wealth, making it possible for others from historically marginalized communities to access healing and growth.
It’s also designed to empower you to choose a price that aligns with your financial reality and the value you place on this work. You are invited to tune into your heart, your intuition, and your lived experience. Choose the tier that honors your needs, respects your limits, and reflects your ability to invest in your healing without compromising your essential well-being. This moment — this choice — is where our coaching begins.
This is a liberatory practice. It’s a small act of resistance against systems that commodify healing and treat worth as transactional. I will not question or challenge your self-determined rate.
The Tiers:
Rooted – For those planting seeds while tending to their own needs.
You can make this monthly investment, even if it’s a stretch. It may feel tender, but you know it’s worth it. You’re saying yes to yourself with courage.
Nourished – For those who have enough and choose to circulate care.
This rate feels steady and aligned. You can make this investment without financial strain. It’s a balanced, grounded commitment to your growth.
Abundant – For those with overflow who joyfully redistribute resources.
You have abundance to share. It brings you joy to give generously and help others access this work. Your investment supports equity, healing, and community care.
