Inner care in service
to collective care
rooted in love.
Mindfulness-based practices to use with each other, and for each other. We uphold collective healing over self-improvement. We believe liberation is communal, not an individual achievement. We root our work in love, reciprocity, and interdependence.
Hola, hola & welcome! This is me.
My name is Brenda Ramos. I’m a queer cis woman of Taíno heritage, raised within mixed cultures, shaped by ancestral memory, and aware of the privileges that come with white-passing proximity. My work is not neutral — it is a soft and steady act of resistance.
As a decolonial mindfulness mentor & coach, meditation teacher, and movement guide, I support people of the global majority, especially those who’ve been told they’re too sensitive, too slow, too much — in coming back to themselves.
Through mindfulness, stillness, rhythm, and breath, I help you remember:
You are not broken — you're responding to a world built on extraction.
You are not lost — you are living through systems that were never meant for your thriving.
You don’t need to be “fixed.” You deserve to be witnessed, honored, and held.
I work with folks who may move quietly but feel deeply. Those navigating the intersections of trauma, lineage, and longing. Those dreaming of a life rooted in integrity, care, and collective healing — not hustle. We don’t bypass pain here — we honor it. We name the forces: white supremacy, capitalism, patriarchy, and ableism. And we dismantle them together — with radical compassion, embodied awareness, and rhythms that remember the wisdom of our ancestors.
Together, we co-create a grounded, liberatory practice — one that honors your authentic whole self as you work, rest, breathe, and play.
This is sacred, slow work. And you’re right on time.
